Peace and quiet and beautiful rolling countryside with a superb view from your window is what you will find on arrival at Woodhouse Farm, home of 'Mid Wales Camping and Caravanning', and this is confirmed by our Camping and Caravanning Club 'hideaway' status.
The site is available to all Club members and any non members are welcome to join on arrival.
The Site is on level, well draining grass, with five individual pitches, each with full electric hook up facilities. These are large with plenty of space for modern family tents. A chemical toilet disposal point is available, along with a fresh water supply.
Currently we do not have on-site toilets or showers but are working to develop this facility. If this is important to you please phone us for the latest information. In the meantime you are advised to bring your own. Alternatively we do have a limited number of chemical toilets and tents available for loan.
We aim to keep the site open throughout the year, but please check with us in advance if you are planning to visit outside of the main season.
Adjacent to this is a field which is available for tents, rallies and other events during the summer months. Our tipi is also sited in this field and can make the ideal focal point for your group event,or if you fancy something a little different it will sleep up to 8 people.
Flowing alongside and easily accessable is the River Marteg, where you can sit and relax, and enjoy true peace and quiet. If you are lucky you may even catch a glimpse of an Otter, or Kingfisher. It is also an important Salmon spawning river and a tributary of the River Wye.

The barbeque is available for groups on request, or if you prefer we can arrange things for you.
Within 2 miles are the villages of Pant Y Dwr and St. Harmon, both with village pubs and both serving food.
